圓錐破碎機(jī)出現(xiàn)故障的原因是什么
1故障：油流指示器內(nèi)沒(méi)有油流，油泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，但油壓低于49.63KPa（0.5kgf/平方厘米）。
原因;(1)油溫低 （2）油路開(kāi)關(guān)沒(méi)有關(guān)好 （3）油泵不好使
消除方法;(1)將油加熱 （2）檢查油路開(kāi)關(guān) （3）檢修或更換油泵
2故障;過(guò)濾器前后壓差太大。
原因;過(guò)濾器堵塞。

清除方法;停機(jī)檢查球瓦、襯套、止推墊片等摩擦面，找出故障的原因。并排除之。
5故障：油箱中的油量減少，油位顯著下降等。
原因;(1)機(jī)底部端蓋漏油， （2）傳動(dòng)軸法蘭漏油， （3）碗型軸承座或瓦上的回油槽堵塞了，致使從防塵裝置漏油。
消除方法;（1）、（2）原因，應(yīng)停機(jī)緊固螺栓或更換墊片消除之。（3）停機(jī)檢查，清洗油路和油槽，并調(diào)節(jié)油量消除之，處理后應(yīng)該補(bǔ)加油料。
