降低破碎機(jī)噪聲可采取下述措施：(1)在出料口裝置消聲通道，防止內(nèi)部噪聲向外輻射；(2)在破碎機(jī)和支承結(jié)構(gòu)之間安裝具有高度內(nèi)摩擦的材料作為襯墊，以減少振動(dòng)的傳遞；(3)在所有破壞物料撞擊處加裝耐磨的橡膠作為襯板；(4)對(duì)破碎機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)零件仔細(xì)進(jìn)行平衡，減小圓錐軸套和偏心軸間隙，以降低振動(dòng)強(qiáng)度；(5)給料板和進(jìn)料漏斗的傳動(dòng)表面與機(jī)架外殼覆蓋阻尼材料，減少噪聲的輻射面積；(6)破碎機(jī)安裝在防振基座上。采取上述措施后，破碎機(jī)整機(jī)噪聲可降低約15～25dB(A)。
建立隔聲間。為操作工人建立隔聲操作間，或?qū)⑵扑闄C(jī)所在局部車間改造為簡易隔聲間。前者適用于破碎機(jī)廠房與其他廠房相距甚遠(yuǎn)，對(duì)周圍其他人群影響不大和較難于使用降低破碎機(jī)本身噪聲措施的情況。
